Shipping Policy

Shipping Details

  • Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 2,000.
  • A flat Rs. 199 shipping fee applies to all orders under the value of Rs. 2,000.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via a registered courier service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No deliveries on Sundays).
  • During busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Advance Payment Policy:

  • For orders above the value of Rs. 10,000, we require an advance payment (minimum Rs. 1,000). Customers will be contacted for payment details after order confirmation, and the order will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed.
  • If a customer has not received a previous order, they will need to pay the full advance payment for subsequent orders.

University & Hostel Addresses:

  • For university or hostel addresses, we require at least 50% advance payment, as a high percentage of parcels are returned from these addresses.
  • To support students, we are offering a flat 10% discount on their orders.
