Returns & Exchanges Policy

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Customers need to return the items via traceable delivery, i.e., courier or registered post, at their own expense to our address.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed the same day after receiving the returned products. Refunds will take 7 working days to complete.

  2. Repack Merchandise
    Please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the completed Return Form, are included in your return shipment.
